Duties of the post:

Adur Markets are an award winning valuable community asset that provide pop up markets throughout the Adur district. We regularly host Farmers’ markets as well as Artisanal crafts and gift markets in various towns and villages, normally making use of road closures or closed car parks.

In order to run our fun, busy & vibrant Farmers and Artisan Markets we depend on the availability of casual staff to help set up our stalls, tables, barriers and signage and we are currently looking to increase the number of staff we can call on. The role requires early starts and can be quite physically demanding so personal qualities of being dependable, reliable and physically fit are a must. You’ll work as part of a team and will come into contact with traders and customers, so you must also be personable, friendly and polite. Our markets are usually on a weekend and are very popular with the local communities.

If you think you’d like to be part of our growing team, helping to provide something that is truly valued by communities across the region then please apply today.

Your CV will be viewed once submitted so please don’t wait for the closing date to apply!
