Salary: From £19,554 to £21,166 per annum

Grade: Grade 3

Hours: 37 per week (Must be available weekends)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Worthing Theatres & Culture Venues as a Bars and Catering Team Leader on a one year contract.

As a Bars/Catering Team Leader you will assist the Bars & Catering Manager in the running of our busy events bars, café and coordination of the Food & Beverage provision across our four main venues.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a busy bars/cafe environment and of fast paced event bar service across a multi outlet business. Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of organisation and the ability to work well under pressure, where you will ensure that your team of bar/cafe staff is well trained, friendly and motivated to deliver a consistent high standard of customer care.

The nature of the role requires the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of a busy Bars & Catering operation, requiring evening, weekends and working on Bank Holidays.
