Duties of the post:

Worthing Theatres are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join the Box Office team as a Supervisor.

You will assist the Ticketing Manager in delivering excellent customer service across all 3 venues (Connaught, Assembly Hall and Pavilion).

The successful candidate must have recent experience on one or more ticketing systems as well as excellent organisational, IT and communication skills.

The customer experience must be the number one priority and the successful applicant will deliver this while leading the Box Office Cashiers by example and working in conjunction with the two other Supervisors and Ticketing Manager.

Office-based tasks include: daily banking, programming of shows and offers, customer correspondence, agency ticket allocation and monitoring and assisting the Ticketing Manager with staff rotas.
