Duties of the post:

Worthing Theatres are seeking a Venue Hires Assistant. We are looking for a confident, motivated and hardworking individual to join our growing Venue Hires Section, assisting with the booking of a wide variety of events across 4 venues.

The successful applicant will have administrative, IT and customer service experience, and feel comfortable with handling a busy workload. We are looking for someone who will take initiative and be able to prioritise their workload effectively, while maintaining communication with internal departments and external parties and hirers throughout the hiring process. 

This role also provides the opportunity to develop within the Venue Hire Section with the possibility to progress to a Grade 4 level if the requirements are met within a 2 year period.
