The Communities & Wellbeing Team is a multi-disciplined group of officers that deliver and commission a vast array of services, to support the communities of Adur & Worthing to thrive, from Health & Wellbeing to Safer Communities and everything in between.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join us in leading our Business Development Team. As Team Leader, you will oversee the day to day management of our support team, ensuring the smooth running of all our services and work streams. You will need excellent interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills, as well as being comfortable with working with financial information.

You will work alongside the Partnerships Lead to develop innovative practice and embed this within our growing team, striving for continuous improvement & business excellence.

We pride ourselves on enabling our team to develop and giving them the tools to succeed. If you have a willingness to learn and enjoy a challenge, then there will always be a project/ initiative to get your teeth into.
