Post title: Creative Hub Assistant

Salary: From £18,426  to £19,171  p.a. pro rata

Scale/Band: Grade 2 (pay review pending)

Hours: 30 hours per week

Duties of the post:

Colonnade House is Worthing’s Creative Hub and in this role you will assist with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the gallery and studios including setting up exhibitions, assisting with events and projects, liaising with our tenants and hirers and working closely on all aspects of marketing and communications. We are a small friendly team and work closely with the creative community in Worthing and with our colleagues in the council. This role is ideal if you have a flair for communications, both face to face and online and a commitment to excellent customer service and want to gain experience working in a stimulating and creative environment.

Initially a 6 month contract to the end of March 2020, the post will be extended beyond this date. You will need to be able to work flexibly, including regular evening and weekend working.
