Revenues & Recovery Officer

Salary: Starting from £18,426 to £21,166 p.a. (Grade 2/3)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Place of Work: Portland House, Worthing

Closing date: 15th September 2019

Interviews: Week Commencing 23rd September 2019

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys working to deadlines in a pressurised environment. You will be negotiating arrangements to clear arrears, whilst using your problem-solving skills and initiative in an assertive but empathetic manner, often having to interpret complex information clearly to customers.

Being able to work on your own initiative as well as part of team is essential as is confident IT skills and attention to detail to ensure you are able to update accounts accurately and efficiently.

Helping customers face-to-face, in writing and by telephone.. A background in a customer service or debt recovery environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
