An exciting opportunity to join our forward thinking People & Change team!

In this newly created role you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, driving the development and delivery of our digital roadmap and ensuring that our workforce systems support the delivery of our People priorities.

Working closely with our Digital team, you’ll be a key decision-maker in selecting and implementing the best technology solutions to meet service needs, optimising these for accuracy, speed, and accessibility.

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring data quality and integrity and will be at the forefront of developing reporting tools and dashboards that provide valuable insights to inform workforce planning.

In addition, you will manage the People Systems & Data Officers to continuously review, simplify, and improve people data-related processes, building capability and confidence in the management of the employee life cycle.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in a Product Owner or similar role, with a proven track record of managing the development and delivery of digital HR information systems and tools.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
