We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated team player to support our Proactive Case Workers to deliver this work. This post will form part of our Proactive programme.

Working as part of our Proactive Team, the postholder will support the Proactive Team Leader by undertaking administrative duties. This will include collating data from various systems and ensuring that the information held is accurate and up to date. Liaising with residents and landlords to support our work in preventing homelessness and corresponding with customers by letter and e-mail.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience of working in a busy administrative environment and the ability to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues is essential. It is also essential that you can demonstrate numeracy, literacy and strong IT skills.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Basic DBS clearance and three years employment referencing.
