Duties of the post:

We are looking for someone to join our Building Services Team as an Enquiries Officer.


The role will include dealing with residents with any day to day issues.

  • You will need to communicate via telephone, email and written letter.
  • You will work closely with our residents, operatives, office team, management and local Councillors.
  • You will have good communication skills.
  • Good telephone manners.
  • Good I.T skills.
  • Team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative.


The role will involve helping our residents with issues relating to work we have carried out in
their property, and helping to resolve them. Arranging reports and statistics for internal
management.


Managing the customer service surveys responses, running reports to share with the team to
highlight improvements, and any learning opportunities.

Manage the resident’s expectations.
